RURA, under the auspices of ESAWAS, wishes to engage the services of a consultancy firm to establish a GIS database of sanitation infrastructure in all nineteen (19) urban centers of the country. The Consultant is required to submit a technical and financial proposal separately, together with CV(s) of the team to undertake the assignment, with relevant experience outlined.
